Scope

Create an end-to-end food ordering app for Patagonia employees and enable them to find participating restaurants, order food and then ultimately schedule collection of reusable food containers.

Process

Conducted research and user interviews to understand the challenges + pain points. Developed user personas and mapped out user journeys to define key interaction points. Created wire frames and clickable prototype in Figma, iteratively testing and refining the interactions with stakeholders.

Solution

The Dispatch x Patagonia app design successfully enabled users to order food from the local participating vendors. The intuitive interface received positive feedback and Dispatch Goods corporate team used it to leverage further partnerships and fundraising.
