Scope

The goal of this project was to to enhance user experience, inform customers of new product offerings and attract potential investors. The main components involved photographing the new stainless stell product line, improving product pages, and creating a marketplace.

Process

We researched, analyzed, and gathered team feedback. We assessed the current user pain points and proposed solutions to leadership. Through a collaborative process we aligned on the priorities. I created high-fidelity designs for a modern look and professional, polished feel. User testing was conducted for further feedback, and the site was built using React.

Solution

The revamped online marketplace enhancement in user engagement metrics. Positive responses from users were received, especially regarding the improved end-user dashboard. Notable enhancements comprised of an attractive product presentation, easy navigation, and a smooth mobile interface. The site was a driving factor that enabled the company to successfully secure a Series A funding round.
